Kenwick Place – Balcony Restoration, Sarnia, ON

Conducted a condition assessment investigation of the balconies of this Commercial and High-rise residential building which is a landmark in Sarnia, Ontario. Our initial investigation included visual review and a delamination survey of a significant portion of the balconies to estimate overall repair costs. Our report included repair recommendations and cost estimation. We produced rehabilitation drawings and provided site review and contract administration services for the project. Project was completed under budget.
